A new exhibition titled “Andy Yoder: Overboard,” featuring more than 250 sculptural sneakers will be on view at the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art from Tuesday, Aug. 23, through Sunday, April 1, 2023.

Share Last year, artist Andy Yoder was set to open an exhibit of his sneaker art just as the pandemic hit, and like so much else, it never happened. Now the show has finally opened, and the one-year delay has allowed him to create even more of his distinctive shoe art. Overboard, opened on April 22 in a 40-foot shipping container that serves as CulturalDC’s Mobile Art Gallery.
