The claim (I call it that as I havent seen anything else corroborate it) was that the NFL and NFLPA would agree to keep the Cap at what it is this season, which is $198,200,000. This is vastly different than the current reported number of $176 mil, but I figured that this would be the opposite of what Ive always base...
