Capital India Finance Limited ( Company ) has on February 25, 2021, provided a corporate guarantee to Northern Arc Capital Limited (formerly IFMR Capital Finance Limited) ( Northern Arc ), for securing the term loan facility availed by Capital India Home Loans Limited ( CIHL ), a subsidiary of the Company.
The corporate guarantee issued in favour of the Northern Arc will be the contingent liability in the books of the Company.
