iStock A Free State man has appeared in court in connection with a tax evasion case involving more than R13 million. Mabuseng Joseph Morebudi appeared in the Bethlehem Magistrates Court on Tuesday. The 47-year-old will face charges of fraud, said Hawks spokesperson Captain Christopher Singo. ~ Free State lawyer Sebabatso Jeremiah Radebe was sentenced to six years in jail for the theft of R261 000 meant for clients who appointed him as their executor. The clients reported the case to the police in 2014 when he failed to transfer the money to them.
