Dominick Black, who bought Kyle Rittenhouse the gun he used in deadly shootings during unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in 2020, will no longer face criminal charges.

Dominick Black, the Kenosha man who bought the AR-15 that Kyle Rittenhouse used to shoot three people on Aug. 25, 2020, is expected to take a plea deal.

"Theres nothing to celebrate about that weapon; there isnt," said a spokesman for the Rittenhouse family.

Kyle Rittenhouse said that he went to Kenosha, Wisconsin, to defend a car dealership during protests against police brutality in August 2020. He was not there to defend his grandparents' gas station, as a viral social media post falsely claims. He was not related to the family that owns the car dealership.
