Investigators said the man retrieved data from more than 29,000 EBT and credit cards using skimmers placed at Walmart stores across the Northeast last summer.
WAPATO, Wash. - According to a post from the Wapato Police Department, on February 24, police were dispatched to International Market in the 500 block of West 1st Street in
