Canyon. This is the video taken earlier of a crash scene on a man kidnapped and killed a highway 4 westbound near the woman. The victim was reportedly kidnapped just before 7 00 p. M. Canyon. Chp say that is the man the police were called about suspicious activity drove away at a high rate of in canyon. They say they found a woman that was beaten and on speed. The man was driving the side of a road. Fast, lost control of the she was rushed to the hospital, but she vehicle, and eventually got in to a crash. Later died. He was ejected and Oakland Police say died at the scene. They later spotted the suspect in a white van, and they chased chp did an investigation, and had the lanes him on the interstate 580 in to closed for a while. Richmond.
