Related to that. i can tell you from the panels we had today and my own experience, i was in the military for 26 years as a fighter pilot. women are still struggling on many fronts. in some cases, there is flat out bias and discrimination. in other cases, there are barriers related to flexibility or them going into lower paying career fields. there is an actual pay gap but in many cases, it is because of women being more predominantly responsible for being a caregiver and having to go in and out...
