Picture: Pixabay A SIXTEEN-year-old boy has appeared before Carlisle Youth Court, where he admitted three motoring offences. The teenager admitted taking a BMW car without consent in Penrith on October 1 last year; driving it without being insured on the A686 at Langwathby; and driving the car while he disqualified from holding a licence. After hearing details, magistrates referred the teenager to the Youth Offending team in the area where he lives. Magistrates also imposed a six-month driving ban. The youth, who was represented by defence lawyer David Wales, can not be named because of his age.
