CARLSBAD ‘Mini March Madness’ moved to Thursday The 15th annual “Mini March Madness” Basketball Tournament from the Carlsbad Unified School District, working with the Carlsbad Boys & Girls Clubs of Carlsbad Village Branch, was rescheduled from March 30 to Thursday.
