Tracy Solly has been appointed as the new Director of Sales and Marketing at Trump National Doral Miami. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Tracy is a seasoned professional known for her vision-driven approach and successful track record. Prior to her appointment, Tracy worked as a consultant for independent luxury hospitality brands through her company, The Luxury Compass. She also served as the Vice President of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. Her long-tenured career has included senior director-level positions spanning two continents: in the U.S. with Performance Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality and in the U.K. with Cameron House, Macdonald Hotels and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
Diederik has been appointed Director of IT at Zien Group to accelerate a digital-first approach to deliver a seamless hotel experience. Diederik, who has more than 23 years of experience in hospitality, will be responsible for the technology strategy at Zien Group, with the aim of increasing efficiency and automating processes. He brings a wealth of experience and passion from previous long-term roles with international hotel brands, including Hilton International, Radisson Hotel Group and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
Sage Hospitality, a hotel management and investment company, appointed Pierre-Louis Giacotto to GM of The Blackstone Hotel in Chicago. Giacotto brings more than 30 years of experience to his position, including a 23-year tenure with the Sofitel Luxury Hotels where he worked in all aspects of hotel operations.
Radisson Red fuels Asia Pacific growth

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group today signed a management agreement for Radisson RED Guangzhou South Station. Owned by Guangzhou ROFO Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., this new-build hotel is the second Radisson RED hotel for Carlson Rezidor in China and its fifth in Asia Pacific. Radisson RED Guangzhou South Station is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2018 and brings Carlson Rezidor’s Asia Pacific pipeline to 91 hotels.
