It will be a year later than they originally planned, but the Prince Albert Lacrosse Association will finally get the chance to host the Saskatchewan Field Lacrosse provincial championships.
The Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association announced on Monday afternoon that the competition, which was originally scheduled for June 2020, will run from Aug. 20-22 at Prime Ministers Park.
“We’re really excited to finally host the event and to see some familiar faces across the province that we haven’t got to meet up with in a long time,” Prince Albert Lacrosse Association president Javan Bexson said on Tuesday.
