Conner Prairie’s plan to expand the outdoor living-history museum west of the White River received a boost Monday night from the Carmel Plan Commission.

The project will be presented to the Carmel Plan Commission on Oct. 18. Not everyone is on board with the project.

The five-story, 150 room hotel is expected to open in spring 2024.
