The leadership behind me made that bond happen. With that bond, we began to work and advocate that same year, we amazingly got a new start from the army corp of engine and say said we will study this problem, well figure how to fix it and if we find federal interest well build with you to build the project and today we are celebrating the draft plan that has come out of that process.
