Walnut creek police tell us he left his home about 7 00 a. M. Through his garage, then headed across to bay creek elementary without telling his parents. Dylan thought he was late to school, and when he arrived, he hid in the bathroom, which is why detectives didnt find him in the first search on campus. Well, then the detectives saw him walking out, to everyones relief. Thats when they started calling off the search. Police started packing up in the neighborhood where the boy lives.
