A 19-year-old Carson City man who appeared to be suffering from mental health issues was arrested in the 1300 block of Fleetwood Ave. for attempted grand larceny of a motor vehicle after allegedly trying to steal a Door Dasher’s car. According to the arrest report, the Door Dasher was dropping off a delivery and left his vehicle running.

A 21-year-old transient man was charged with 19 counts of violating conditions of bail release after calling a victim he was ordered to have no contact with a total of 19 times while in custody at the Carson City Jail.
