Nevada Highway Patrol reported a fatal head-on crash Saturday morning on Highway 95A and Lyon County MM 27 (Wabuska). Two fatalities were confirmed, and both lanes were shut down while the fatal team was enroute. As of 9:05 a.m., all travel lanes opened. The names of the deceased and circumstances of the deaths have not been released as of yet.
