DICKINSON, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Blue Jays traveled to Dickinson on Tuesday night and lost both of its conference games against the Midgets 13-1 and 12-5. The lone run scored by the Blue Jays in game one came in the fifth inning with Jamestown trailing 13-0. Max Fronk finished the day 1-for-1, recording the only hit off of Dickinson during game one. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Blue Jay baseball season kicked off on Thursday night and sophomore Ethan Gall sparked a three-run fourth inning to lead the Jays past Bismarck High 5-3 in the opening game. Gall doubled off the wall with two outs in the fourth inning for the first hit of the game for Jamestown. The Jays were trailing 3-1 before Mason Lunzman singled to continue the frame.
