Carson City Sheriffs Deputies have arrested Anthony Paul Luca, 32, for failure to register as an ex-felon and possession of a controlled substance. Officers also arrested the following individuals for misdemeanor allegations: A 19-year-old Carson City man for a trespassing warrant in his name and a contempt of court warrant in his name.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reports Tuesday that Jessica Brooks, 42, of Fernley, has been found and is safe. Brooks was originally reported missing on September 7, 2017.
