Optimism drives start of food truck season

For food trucks such as
King Arthur s Trolley and
Ziffles, St. Patrick s Day normally would mark the start of the food truck season.
While most St. Patrick s Day parties are on hold this year, the trolley has been taken out of storage and is ready for its first event of the year, CaSandra Arthur says.
“I really think it s going to be a great year,” Arthur says.
Although outdoor dining was seen as a safer way to dine out, food trucks were still hit hard by the pandemic. At this time last year, many trucks were booked for the season only to see event after event canceled, Arthur says.
