OXFORD — Incumbent Oxford Mayor Jackie Sergent has filed for re-election, seeking her sixth term in an office she’s held since 2011. The race for city commissioners seats in Oxford has also gained more candidates, with incumbent Patricia Fields joining challengers Bryan Cohn and John Oliver in a contest for four available seats, the N.C.
