Police in the UK have begun fining men who have been caught cat-calling women in public from their cars.

Authorities are searching for a suspect accused of stabbing a man and a woman after cat-calling the woman Wednesday, the Greeley Police Department announced.

In a police report, the accused is said to have followed the victim who was coming back from her shop when she was attacked by Johnson from behind.
