A 39-year-old man was arrested Friday, Feb. 9, 2024, pending charges of possession of controlled substances and fleeing police. He was the subject of a search warrant executed by the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force.

Xavier Rene Soto, 19, of Willmar, made his first appearance Thursday in Kandiyohi District Court on charges related to the death of a 26-year-old man in Willmar on Jan. 26.
