A 24-year-old model became the first person with Down syndrome to appear in a campaign for Victoria's Secret this week.

Puerto Rican model Sofia Jirau, 25, is taking part in Victorias Secrets Love Cloud collection and has become the first model with Downs Syndrome to pose for the American brand.
