And it says the division of labor, the great increase in the court of work that resulted. We dont think of we all think of adam smith as an economist. He was a psychologist. He was a person who knew a great deal about human behavior, and in 1759 he wrote a book called the model sentiments. Its a profound book which talks about the way in which human beings really behave. He points out human beings are not quite the same way as vanderbilt thought they were. He was cemented when no call it at the entrance of understanding of it. He has a beautiful passage in this particular book in which he talks about metaphorically his brother being on the rack.
