The ACLU of Pennsylvania filed a federal complaint against Central Bucks School District on Thursday, alleging widespread discrimination against LGBTQ+ students and a toxic educational environment that violated Title IX and the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. The complaint requests that the U.S. Department of Justice and Department of Education make the district adopt measures supporting transgender and other gender non-conforming youth.
