Syracuse.com pulled 141,600 tentative assessments into a searchable database.
You can use our search to see whether your home value is going up, down or staying the same. You can also use it to compare your house to similar homes in your community.
The data also includes commercial real estate and vacant land.
Assessors in most towns are required to publish their tentative assessments May 1 each year. Those values are used to determine the amount of property taxes the schools, towns, village and the county will charge each homeowner.
