NSP believes approval of the PPA extension will help assure the continued operation of the MinnDakota Wind Facility at a cost-effective price providing a short-term hedge against market volatility benefitting North Dakota customers. CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) Wyoming state Sen. Anthony Bouchard has disclosed that he impregnated a 14-year-old girl when he was 18.
