Various events are happening this week in and around DeKalb County, including the AJC Decatur Book Festival, a Placita Latina 5K run hosted by Kelly's Market and Fleet Feet, and a discussion and signing with writer David Crownson at Challenges Games and Comics. North DeKalb Mall is one again being eyed for a massive redevelopment project. The developer – Edens – gave its first public presentation about the project on Feb. 22.
