The women’s 6k will start at 9:30 a.m., followed by the men’s 10k at 10:30 a The 24th-ranked women currently hold the No. 2 spot in the region, behind No. 7 Alabama. The Seminoles will be looking for their fifth straight bid to the NCAA meet on Friday. “The ladies enter this regional meet ranked second, which is a very exciting position to be in,” FSU women’s distance coach Baylee Mires said. “We’ll face some tough teams that are certainly talented that will be gunning for our spot, so we must put it together on the day.
