Former Congress MLA Choudhary Gambhir Singh and several local leaders from Chhindwara constituency joined the BJP a day after Congress renominated Nakul Nath as its candidate. Singh, a former Congress MLA, along with other leaders, including Chand Chouriya and Satish Mishra, joined the BJP at its headquarters.
