Around 2,187 illegal immigrants are said to have taken shelter in Manipur, India, following Myanmars military coup. The Manipur government has accused illegal poppy cultivators and drug lords from Myanmar of fueling violence in the state and said that ethnic violence has so far killed over 120 people and injured more than 400.
