14岁男孩刘同学是长沙某校初二学生，近日因突发意识障碍、发热、抽搐等症状，被老师送入长沙市第一医院急诊科。据老师介绍，刘同学当日上午于学校完成1000米体能测试，当即感到气促、呼吸困难、四肢无力发酸等，休息、饮水后症状缓解。下午4时，他又和同学打篮球，突然出现头昏，意识不清倒地，伴上肢抽搐、小便失禁等症状。
医生为其检查，体温37.6℃，血常规显示白细胞、中性粒细胞比率增高，以及肌酐升高、心肌酶升高等多项指标异常�
