each week, american artifacts takes viewers into historic sites, archives, and museums across the country. up next, we visit the national constitution center in philadelphia to learn about the creation of the u.s. constitution in 1787 and to see several early drafts. jeffrey: welcome to the constitution center. i am jeffrey rosen. this is the only institution in america charted by congress. i am so excited to show you a new gallery we have opened. american treasures, which contain the five rarest early drafts of the u.s. constitution. not even at the constitutional convention were these five drafts displayed in the same place. now thanks to the great partnership of the historical society of pennsylvania and david rubenstein, we have been able to open this gallery and display the stress together these drafts together, and tell the story of the evolution of the text of the constitution into the draft that was ratified in 1787. it is so exciting. i cannot wait to show it t
right versus wrong to constructive dialogue the recognizes this is a complex issue that affects everyone and, therefore, we are all in this together. we have two very strong panels and expect each will make strong arguments about the benefits of strong encryption and the challenges it presents for law enforcement. i encourage my colleagues to embrace this opportunity to learn from these experts to better understand the multiple perspectives, layers and complexities to this issue. it s time to begin a new chapter, one which all can bring some resolution to war. this process will not be easy but if it does not happen now, we may reach a time when it is too late and success becomes impossible. so fragile and called on congress to address this issue, who we are. i can only hope moving forward you will be willing to join us at the table. i now recognize the ranking member from colorado for five minutes. thank you, mr. chairman and thank you for only this important hearing. issue

weakening moving in more stable air over portions of new jersey. that doesn t mean you want to let your guard down. these storms have very heavy rain and blinding downpours the threat for hail and also a threat for damaging wind. now south jersey and delaware. we have lingering showers back in southeastern pennsylvania but in south jersey and delaware through the next hour or two expect that line of gusty thunderstorms to roll rel through your area those blinding downpours, wind topping 45 to 50 miles an hour. still frank enough to bring down tree branches and power lines and possible small hail as well, as that line moves through. so here s our severe thunderstorm watch that remains in effect until 8:00 tonight for the entire area lehigh valley and poconos. it looks like your threat has passed. we may start to see national weather service start canceling some of these watches or decreasing the size, of the watches a as we go through next couple of hours but in camden, glouce
state police and police are on the bridge. we ve had two different dive teams show up. one officer told me they re erring on the side of caution. they don t know whether a baby was in the stroller. it bears repeating there. we have video of a rescue boat. it is a 20-foot drop from the bridge to the water. the witness, the woman wasn t able to give a good description of the person who allegedly tossed the stroller. back live now. police are still out here, you see some of them are gathered there on the deck of the bridge shiepi shining lights to the water. they continue to monitor the situation. so far we haven t seen any activity, if we do see any sign of a stroller or heaven forbid any sign of a child, we ll bring it to you live. keith jones, nbc 10 news. storms bring lightning, heavy rain and strong winds to our area and this lightning strike was caught by a driver on the p.a. turnpike tonight and look at the wind and rain blowing through conshohocken montgomery county. t
