Donald trump has officially succeeded in at least i laying another one of his criminal cases. The Supreme Court will hear his appeal over president ial immunity in the federal Election Interference case in april. Earlier this month, a panel of Circuit Court judges ruled against trump, then given the chance to ask the Supreme Court to take t the case. Here is my colleague laura jarrett. Tonight the u. S.
