Pakistan High Commissioner Imran Ahmed Siddiqui visits Chattogram

DHAKA, Bangladesh: The High Commissioner for Pakistan to Bangladesh Imran Ahmed Siddiqui paid a two-day visit to Chattogram on February 25-26, 2021.
The High Commissioner began his visit by paying respects at Dargah Hazrat Shah Amanat.
The High Commissioner prayed at the Dargah and presented a Quranic Calligraphy by Pakistan’s well-known artist Ajab Khan for the Dargah’s Mosque. He was most affectionately received by the custodians of the Dargah and hundreds of devotees present at the Dargah.
The ancestors of Hazrat Shah Amanat had chosen Chattogram to spread the message of Islam in the 16th Century. Pakistan most humbly shares the Sufi traditions of Islam with brotherly Bangladesh.

Youngone Corporation, a global conglomerate based in Korea, has made massive investments in man-made fibre (MMF) for clothing in its factories in Bangladesh as artificial materials are now dominating the fashion industry, according to Kihak Sung, chairman and chief executive officer of the company.
Youngone, famous for its outerwear and MMF products, recently started manufacturing polyester fabrics at three factories covering 40,000 square metres each at the Korean Export Processing Zone (KEPZ) in Chattogram.
