Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri at a CII event said India has successfully insulated the common man from price rise and volatility in international oil prices.
Responding later, Jaishankar said: “My understanding of the Council regulations is that Russian crude, if substantially transformed in a third country, is not treated as Russian anymore.”
