The food hall, an anchor of the downtown-based mixed-used development, will open this spring. Based in Dallas, Whisk Crepes Café will feature crepes that Chef Julien Eelsen learned to make as a child in Paris. The menu includes crepes filled with eggs, chicken, ham, bacon, smoked salmon and brisket. Also on tap will be salads and sandwiches, and espressos and lattes with coffee sourced from local vendors.
