Jan. 1 marks one year since a car crash that claimed the lives of three children on a local highway and started the year 2020 in tragedy.
Britney Osagie, 6, and her brothers Flourish, 10, and Destiny, 11, students at Chelmsford Public School, were killed in the single-vehicle crash on Highway 17, near the Highway 144 interchange, on Jan. 1, 2020.
An investigation revealed the westbound car left the travelled portion of the roadway and struck a rock cut.
