Chelmsford Senior Center programs COURTESY OF THE CHELMSFORD SENIOR CENTER The Chelmsford Senior Center, 75 Groton Road, is suspending all social activities and other nonessential operations as a result of the public health guidelines pertaining to COVID-19, or the coronavirus. However, the following human service programs will remain in operation: • Meals on Wheels • Adult Social Day Program that serves those with dementia and other mental health needs • Companion Program Respite Care The building will be staffed with personnel as usual in order to provide these ongoing human service programs and to respond to other human service needs that may arrive via telephone calls or from visitors who may arrive at the senior center in person.
