“Chief Talbot has at all times sought to find Codi, to investigate his disappearance, and to protect the integrity of HPD’s efforts in that regard,” said Hampton City Attorney Cheran Cordell Ivery. “The city denies that Chief Talbot made any statements that put anyone’s life in danger.”
The City of Hampton has officially responded to Cory Bigsby, father of missing Codi Bigsby, and his attorney filing a cease and desist against Hampton officials in April.
The lawyer for Cory Jamar Bigsby Sr., the father of missing Hampton 4-year-old Codi Bigsby, and his family have filed notice of an intent to sue against Hampton City officials that accuses them of jury tampering and obstruction of justice.
