  Chief Edwin Clark has called on the nation’s political class to support the call for President Muhammadu Buhari’s successor to come from the South East geo-political zone. Clark, who made the call when he played host to the Ohanaeze Ndigbo leadership and some South East leaders at his Asokoro residence on Sunday in Abuja also called on other Igbo speaking sons outside the South East zone not to allow themselves to be used to scuttle the South east president ambition, even as he described as abominable and condemnable if any Igbo speaking person from Delta and Rivers States aspires for the exalted position because such a person speaks Igbo.
