The three cops once blamed for his death of Manuel Ellis will now receive a half-million dollars each to leave their jobs.

The three police officers were found not guilty last month in the death of Manuel Ellis, who died in custody in 2020 after pleading that he could not breathe.

Documents say they'll get $500,000 each to leave the department.

LAPD Chief Michel Moore has made the decision to retire after 42 years.
