An investigation Sunday by Elkton police led to the arrest of a woman on methamphetamine trafficking charges. Officers were notified of an altercation in progress a little before 2 p.m. at South Streets Avenue and College Street and made contact with 21-year old Kassidy Jones of Elkton, according to Chief Robert Toombs.
