US President Joe Biden has granted $162 million to Colorado and Oregon to revitalize its computer chip facilities amid uncertainties on international supply.
Prosecutors had sought the warrant on Wednesday on suspicion the unidentified official gave information related to 18-nano DRAM memory chip technology to China s Changxin Memory Technologies (CXMT).
"CXMT has a robust mechanism to prevent any inflow of third-party confidential information for new hires and current employees," the company said in a statement.
