Proposed hospitality fund helps Connecticut restaurants and jobs recover from COVID
The estimated $90 million fund using the state’s existing 1% food and beverage tax would help recover more than 22,000 hospitality jobs and around 1,000 Connecticut restaurants were lost during the pandemic, according to the Connecticut Restaurant Association.
