Law firm RTPR has assisted Romcim, held by Ireland's CRH Group, in relation to the acquisition from businessman Michael Dietrich of the company Bauelemente Reinvest and its fully owned subsidiary, Bauelemente, the leading manufacturer of prefabricated reinforced and prestressed concrete in Romania.
