Being asked to be achieved in the program. I think the nonprofit its a has to examine it the division of nonprofit is allowed to do under the legal definitions so were not creating people who are in the business of nonprofit that are taking open stewardship and maintenance programs. I agree with my commissioners on identifying whats been a lack of progress and i strongly encourage the significant amount of time is spent on developing further detail in a much, much boarder engagement of whats eff...

August when others people really have the same need for being out in our active space but cant go because those are the days permited. We need to have a say they cant be grouped in a month e. R. Week equally spread out over the seasons and this is not going to work with certain activation programs we have to look at all the pieces of public spaces that is being basically hopefully with good trust into the hand of nonprofit and not sent into private hands im not users private hands broadly. Ultim...

The next objective is about how to figure out acquisition in high highs. This map is a strictly high density and high densities of use and seniors and low income with future growth areas and with places that dont have walking distance to open space now. We have highlighted some circles and were working on presenting this data theres still questions. I think in general theres agreement as to the criteria but how can we make sure this is really clear for people to ice this. As i mentioned a big ch...

The pieces of public spaces that is being basically hopefully with good trust into the hand of nonprofit and not sent into private hands im not users private hands broadly. Ultimately nonprofits it all depends on who is it that does that the road of success is paved with good intentions but in reality im concerned with the good times dont have the capacity for management particularly they have enough to do to manage their own affairs they have rigorous progresses. So i suggest we look at that mo...

Policies on open space. Thank you hi, commissioner. This 7, 8, 9 im speaking on behalf of the great neighborhood association. Our group was very glad to see the section policy 2. 9 about making school yards available. This has been an issue in the great westport area. When we moved into the neighborhood in the 1986 the school yard was part of the park. And when my children arrived they learned to reside their bikes and when they later went to the school they had been playing there on the weekend...

Focusing development with improved pedestrian connectivity and having a discussion about a twoway folsom street, which i know the community has been waiting for a long time and incentiving Affordable Housing and industry use and office space while embracing the entertainment corridor on 11th street which you will be hear more about with plans presentation. I am very interested in a conversation that came out of longterm negotiations not longterm, the yearlong negotiation s around prop c with inc...

From. I am sympathetic to the businesses that will be impacted and every time we do major infrastructure work that in the long run will be hugely beneficial for the city or a neighborhood, sometimes there is disruption and we try to mine minimize that and do everything that we can to minimize the disruption. I believe this plan compared to other proposals does. Its using muni funds for expanding muni and improving transit service. And i would encourage the folks who have sent in those letters, i...

New housing. So it is so critical that as we add new population and grow, that our Transportation System is keeping pace. And that means investing in the system that we have today, and expanding its capacity and all of that takes quite a bit of funding. Now transit Impact Development fees, are a very important part of that equations, as were adding housing and office space and development, were generating funding to pay for those transportation improvements to keep pace. One of the provisions in...

Supervisor kim for her work on the plan. This is not a plan that was initiated when she was in office. And she has done an enormous amount of work on it and i am not envious for steping into a plan as controversial and complicated as this plan, but supervisor kim, i think, has done a very good job taking into consideration a number of the concerns that have been raised and asking if it can be steered to a resolution that people can live with. So thank you, supervisor. I have had some significant...
