On January 25th, 2021, Haralson County Sheriff’s Office and Bremen Police Department investigators were continuing to pursue possible leads in the on-going manhunt for murder suspect Christian Taylor Davis. One of many tips had been received by Haralson County Sheriff Stacy Williams, indicating a possible address where Davis was intentionally being concealed from law enforcement by the residents. At approximately 11:00 am, investigators arrived at the residence, which is located within the Felton community of Haralson County.
As investigators made contact with one of the occupants at the front door, murder suspect Davis attempted to flee out of a secondary exit of the residence. Davis was quickly apprehended by law enforcement without further incident. A search warrant was obtained for the residence and upon execution of the warrant, several firearms and a quantity of suspected methamphetamines were located within. Manhunt continues for dangerous Georgia murder suspect

HARALSON COUNTY, Ga. - Law enforcement agents are warning Georgians about an ongoing manhunt for an armed and dangerous murder suspect spotted in Haralson County.
Deputies with the Haralson County Sheriff s Office began their search for 26-year-old Christian Taylor Davis after connecting him with a Jeep involved in the murder of a victim on Jan. 8.
Tuesday afternoon, U.S. Marshalls Deputies spotted Davis on Frances White Road, but say he escaped into a forested area and was not found by law enforcement or their K-9 officers and drones.
The 30-year-old Temple man who was shot while driving on Morgan Road in Haralson County last Friday died in hospital Wednesday, according to the Haralson County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators say it appears that Christopher Hetling was driving a vehicle that had just come off Corinth-Poseyville Road, when he and his passenger came up on a white older model Jeep parked in the street. A white male identified as 26-year-old Christian Taylor Davis of Temple was standing next to it. Hetling attempted to go around Davis. As he did, Davis allegedly fired at least one shot into the vehicle, which struck Hetling near his spine.

According to HCSO Lieutenant Donnie Mapp: Mid-day Friday, deputies responded to a call of a crashed vehicle with injuries off Morgan Road, just west of Corinth-Poseyville Road. They soon learned the cause of the crash was the driver had been shot.
Investigators believe that as the victim’s vehicle had come off Corinth-Poseyville Road, a white older model Jeep was parked in the street and a white male was standing next to it. The driver of the vehicle attempted to go around the man in the road. As he did, the man in the road fired at least one shot into the vehicle, striking the victim.
