Police have arrested a third person in connection with the death of Kody Hunter last week in Owen Sound.
Megan Hopkins, 27, of Owen Sound, was arrested on a charge of first degree murder, according to an OPP news release issued late Monday afternoon. She was arrested Sunday as part of the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police and Owen Sound Police Service investigation, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.

Investigators arrested and charged Christie Currie, 39, of Chatsworth Township and Robert Jackson, 21, of Owen Sound, on Saturday. They remain in custody pending a bail hearing, as does Hopkins, according to an OPP news release.

Three people are facing first-degree murder charges in connection to the death of a man in Owen Sound.
We told you last week that Grey Bruce OPP Criminal Investigations Branch were called to investigate after a man was found with serious injuries as a result of an altercation on the 900 block of 6th Street East the evening of May 16th.
The victim was taken to hospital where he later died.
He has been identified by police as 22-year-old Kody Hunter of Holland Centre.
Saturday night, investigators announced that they have arrested two people (21-year-old Robert Jackson of Owen Sound, and 39-year-old Christie Currie of Chatsworth Township).
